Progressive and growing environmental engineering and consulting firm is seeking experienced engineer to assist in the oversight and implementation of multi-million dollar remedial programs with long term commitments. Lead IAP Practice in Exton and grow IAP work with a focus on the Mid-Atlantic states, especially Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Services include environmental impact assessment, land planning, facility permitting, risk assessment and water resources management. Provide support to technical staff for Contaminated Sites Management Practice regarding natural resources and ecological and human health risk assessment. Serve as a key member of the regional IAP team to drive double-digit profitable growth of ERM’s IAP practice across the Mid-Atlantic State. Lead client relationship and delivery efforts. Personally win at least $500,000 in new IAP consulting services. Senior “Seller-Doer” for IAP projects in the mid-Atlantic region. Must possess solid experience providing major clients with strategic, sustainable IAP support. Experience assisting clients prepare permit applications and obtain permits for new or expanded facilities. Ideal candidate has a consulting background. SENIOR SCIENTIST, SEDIMENT EXPERT Annapolis, MD, Ewing, NJ or Exton, PA, anyone of our other US locations.
Senior seller/doer specializing in contaminated sediment investigations and remediation for marine/estuarine systems and/or urban rivers.  Demonstrated ability to identify project opportunities, lead project teams, and contribute to overall practice goals. 10+ years consulting experience required. A solid track record of publications and active involvement in related trade groups a plus. Experience working on large contaminated sediment sites a plus, performing the following tasks: investigation design, physical and chemical sediment characterization, managing field staff and subcontractors, coordinating complex schedules and budgets. Must have practical knowledge of remediation technologies, including dredging, capping, and monitored natural recovery. Perform regulatory applicability analyses for combustion and industrial processes. Develop major and minor air permit applications under New Source Review, PSD,  Title V, and state-level regulations. Perform engineering analyses and detailed calculations in developing air pollutant emissions estimates.  Must have extensive knowledge and experience in Clean Air Act issues such as Title V, PSD, New Source Review, MACT, and general air quality permitting issues. BS in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Environmental Engineering required, MS preferred.10+ years of air consulting experience.  Professional registration (e.g., P.E.) desired.  Exceptional analytical and calculational skills, particularly as relate to air pollutant emissions estimating.
