Federal OSHA Law Course from NREP^SM deals with ‘United States Federal OSHA Structure and Standards’ regarding employee safety in the workplace.

Purpose of this three-day online course is to prepare candidates on understanding of how the Occupational Safety & Health Administration functions. Special emphasis is placed on those areas that are critical and most important to know in both General and Construction industries, using OSHA standards as a guide. Registrants will learn to apply the appropriate Federal OSHA standard that applies to hazards in both of these industries.

You must pass a general knowledge examination and attend an OSHA workshop.

Questions regarding: The OSHA Act & History, OSHA Standards, 29 CFR 1910 - General Industry Standards, 29 CFR 1926 Construction Standards, OSHA Inspection, Citations, and Penalties, OSHA Violations, and Safety and Health Program.

6. What are the benefits of this certification?

While employers may not require certifications for environmental professionals, earning this credential can enhance your employment opportunities. Earning a certification allows individuals to demonstrate their knowledge, experience, and education in the environmental field.

7. Can I join the current workshop, even though it’s in the middle of the “event”?

Generally, we suggest NREP^SM candidates to join the workshop from the beginning of the session so that they can cover all the topics efficiently.

8. Validity?

Certificate and Exam application will be valid only till one year from the date of application. Once the application is expired, candidates must apply for the application once again and pay the fees.
